Supporting full cycle recruiting efforts for technical and professional roles within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, the full-time remote Talent Partner will collaborate with hiring managers and a Senior Talent Partner to execute recruiting strategies, manage requisitions, and enhance the candidate experience. Key responsibilities Manage full cycle recruiting for assigned roles in the AEC environment, coordinating with hiring managers and HR leadership Execute sourcing strategies and conduct candidate screenings to ensure alignment with role requirements and cultural fit Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process and support offer logistics and documentation Required qualifications 3-4 years of experience recruiting technical or professional roles, preferably in the AEC industry Bachelor's degree in a related field such as HR management, business, or communications Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools like LinkedIn and Indeed Experience evaluating technical skill sets across engineering, design, and construction roles Demonstrated experience using AI and automation to improve recruiting processes
