Onsite Healthcare CSR: Patient Scheduling Pro

HRDI

HRDI is seeking a Customer Support Representative (CSR) in Chicago to assist patients with appointment scheduling and answer incoming calls. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and have 1–3 years of experience in a high-volume customer support role, preferably in healthcare.
