This role is responsible for conducting highly technical bacteriological, serological, and virological testing using established laboratory procedures while maintaining accurate documentation of results. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, analytical, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of laboratory quality and safety. Responsibilities Perform microbiology and molecular testing for the detection of infectious diseases. Conduct bacteriological, serological, and virological laboratory testing following established procedures and laboratory techniques. Record, analyze, and report laboratory test results accurately and timely. Maintain laboratory quality standards while following all safety and regulatory requirements. Assist the laboratory supervisor with technical and administrative assignments as needed. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Biology, Bacteriology, Microbiology, or a closely related scientific field. Minimum of two years of laboratory experience performing bacteriology, serology, or virology testing. Experience following standardized laboratory procedures and maintaining accurate laboratory documentation. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
