Talent Acquisition CoordinatorThe Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering a seamless, high-quality hiring experience while enabling our Talent Acquisition team to scale effectively. This position sits at the center of recruiting operations, driving coordination, optimizing processes, and ensuring every candidate and stakeholder interaction reflects excellence.In this role, you will directly support the candidate experience and operational efficiency of the recruiting function. You will manage complex recruiting activities, improve workflows, maintain data integrity, and partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage complex interview scheduling across multiple teams, stakeholders, and time zonesEnsure a seamless candidate experience through proactive communication and strong logistical coordinationSupport interview travel coordination, expense processing, and large-scale interview events or hubsPartner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners to manage requisition workflows, approvals, and job postingsOversee background checks, employment verifications, MVR checks, and reference checks, including vendor coordinationMaintain and optimize data integrity within Workday ATS, SharePoint, and recruiting dashboardsSupport reporting, analytics, and data audits to identify trends and improve recruiting effectivenessDocument and continuously improve Talent Acquisition processes, workflows, and best practicesServe as a subject matter expert on TA systems and tools; provide onboarding, training, and support to team membersAssist with agency and vendor coordination, including contracts (MSA, SOW, CMS) and related processesContribute to ongoing enhancements of Talent Acquisition programs and operationsQualificationsHigh School Diploma or Associate's degree with 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or People Operations OR Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field with relevant experienceHands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday strongly preferredExperience supporting recruiting efforts in complex, fast-paced environmentsExperience supporting high-volume or complex interview schedulingStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesHigh attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyExcellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and recruiting systemsExperience working within large, matrixed organizationsFamiliarity with recruiting analytics, dashboards, and reportingExposure to life sciences or commercial hiring environments preferredTCWGlobal is an equal opportunity employer.
