DIRECTOR OF REHABILITATION – FULL TIME San Gabriel, CA Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapist, COTA or PTA Our California market is excited to announce our growth, and we are currently seeking an innovative therapist to lead an in-house therapy team in the San Gabriel Valley. You will create and implement new rehabilitation programs for our deserving patients and manage the daily operations associated with a busy in-house therapy department. $115,000 - $135,000 annual salary based on experience Contact: Phone: View phone number on click.appcast.io | Email: View email address on click.appcast.io Key Responsibilities Implements and monitors the provision of facility Rehab policy and procedures Supervises rehab staff and ensures effective rehab staff orientation, training and ongoing competency Coordinates rehab admissions and distribution of caseload Assists in the case management/tracking of Medicare A rehab cases under the PDPM system Recruit rehab staff Manages and analyzes department metrics including accurate billing Ensures that rehab department is compliant with all regulatory issues, including documentation, reimbursement denial management and survey compliance requirements Maintains relationships with hospital therapists, physicians and other key community members Provides direct patient treatment Qualifications Licensed PT, PTA, OT, OTA or SLP At least 3 years of experience as a therapist Supervisory and/or administrative experience in long‑term care rehabilitation preferred Knowledge of Medicare PDPM and ability to manage a variety of payors effectively Strong organizational and leadership skills Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield) 401(k) with Match Paid Time Off Unlimited CEU Opportunities Career Advancement Opportunities (Clinical and Administrative Growth Pathways) Tuition Reimbursement (facility discretion) Scholarship Opportunities Employee discounts on gym memberships, entertainment events, hotels, movies, theme parks, cell phones, and more We are an equal opportunity employer.
