We are NOW HIRING an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Silver Lake Hills Apartments in Fenton, Michigan. This 310 unit market rate community is ready for you! Feel free to browse the property below and consider this your personal invitation to apply!

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Dayshift hours.
Full Time/Year Round work. Our on call is 1 week every 3 weeks.
What We Offer:
- PAY: $30.00 an hour
- Yearly raises based on performance
- Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $4,000/Year!
- On-Call Bonus, $100 a week. 1.5 hour minimum per call

What we are hoping for:
- 3+ years’ experience in maintenance, including 3+ years in multi-family housing
- HVAC or EPA Certification required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- CPO Certification strongly preferred
- This is a hands on supervisor position involving multitasking
