Job Overview Full‑Time Family Nurse Practitioner position located in Selma, Alabama with a $5,000 sign‑on bonus . Provide patient‑focused care in urgent care, primary medical care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine. Eligible for two‑year tuition and student loan reimbursement grants. Responsibilities Diagnosing and treating cold, flu, strep, COVID, and other upper respiratory issues Perform minor procedures (toenail removal, foreign object removal, etc.) Suturing Splinting General orthopedic evaluations and management Review of x‑rays (to be over‑read by radiologist) General dermatology care General eye problem evaluation General EKG interpretation Emergency management skills General gynecology expertise Treat children of all ages Occupational medicine Telemedicine services Schedule MainStreet Clinic Hours: 7‑day week, Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Rotating schedule includes every other weekend. Sample schedule: Week 1 – Monday (ON), Tuesday (ON), Wednesday (OFF), Thursday (OFF), Friday (ON), Saturday (ON), Sunday (ON); Week 2 – Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (ON), Thursday (ON), Friday (OFF), Saturday (OFF), Sunday (OFF).
