Job Description

The Field Technician supports daily water and wastewater system operations by responding to customer service issues in the field, including leak investigations, sanitary sewer backup assessments, meter accuracy checks, and reported service problems. This role is essential to maintaining system reliability, protecting public health, and delivering high‐quality service to residents of Municipal Utility Districts (MUDs). A bilingual English/Spanish speaker is preferred to support communication with customers in diverse communities.
