As a Project Manager, you will lead construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key updates and performance metrics. Manage project budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses. Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success. Foster strong relationships with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction and collaboration. Profile A successful Project Manager should have: A solid understanding of construction management principles and techniques. Strong leadership skills to manage diverse teams effectively. Experience working in the Property industry or a similar field. Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
