Part-Time Receptionist – Join Our Team!

Are you friendly, professional, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We are looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dealership. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a great first impression.

Pay: $15-$17/ hour

Schedule: 3-4 days a week in the evening and every Saturday

What You'll Do

• Answer all incoming phone calls according to company policies and in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.
• Page employees who are requested by customer either in person or via telephone.
• Transfer phone calls to appropriate parties promptly and accurately.
• Take phone messages when needed and ensure they are received by the appropriate person.
• Greet and assist all customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of desk and showroom.
• Other duties as assigned.
