We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team in Jacksonville, FL! As a Receptionist at Demo Company, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional environment, both in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
• Greet clients and visitors with a friendly attitude
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining office calendars
• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
