With a six-month backlog for total joint procedures, this role is ideal for a surgeon ready to stay busy from day one while working in a streamlined, supportive environment. Position Highlights:• Flexible scheduling with office-only call (no trauma).
• Balanced 60% clinic / 40% OR schedule.
• Immediate surgical volume supported by a 6-month patient waitlist.
• MAKO robotic platform for joint replacement.
• Competitive base salary with productivity incentives.
