Location: El Dorado Hills, CA
Pay Range: $19-$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Roebbelen Contracting is looking for a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Receptionist to be the first face and voice of our company. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a fast-paced office environment, and takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for employees, clients, and visitors.

As our Receptionist, you'll play an important role in keeping the office running smoothly. From greeting guests and answering phones to supporting day-to-day administrative operations, you'll help create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do

• Greet visitors, clients, and employees while creating a professional and welcoming first impression
• Answer and route incoming phone calls efficiently and professionally
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception and lobby area
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
• Prepare outgoing shipments through FedEx, USPS, and other carriers
• Maintain logs for incoming deliveries and distribute packages appropriately
• Assist with meeting preparation and general office support
• Organize, file, archive, and retrieve project documents and correspondence
• Help maintain office supplies and support daily administrative needs
• Complete special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Professional, positive, and customer-focused demeanor
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel (SharePoint and Teams are a plus)
