What You'll Do:

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical and procedural cases
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative teams
• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and evaluations
• Monitor and manage patients intraoperatively
• Manage post-anesthesia care and pain control
• Document all patient encounters accurately in EPIC EMR
• Support staffing needs in a fast-paced, trauma-capable hospital
• Respond promptly to on-call needs within 1 hour with at least a 2-hour minimum callback

What You Need:

• Active Michigan RN License and NBCRNA certification
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of anesthesia experience
• Strong communication, clinical assessment, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic trauma environment
