Duties Actively reach out to potential clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to promote insurance products. Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to recommend suitable coverage options, ensuring clarity and transparency. Negotiate terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating customer records, and maintaining accurate documentation. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details, and guiding clients through the claims process. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and client engagement across diverse markets. Requirements: Experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets is not required but highly recommended. Excellent communication skills (bilingual is a plus). Strong negotiation skills combined with analysis capabilities to assess client needs and tailor insurance solutions accordingly. Familiarity with sales administration processes and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills while managing multiple client interactions professionally. Knowledge of insurance sales processes, benefits administration, and marketing strategies is preferred. Requirements Nevada Property and Casualty insurance license. Nevada Life and Health insurance license. Prior experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management. Strong communication skills with an ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
