Hampton Inn Broussard Lafayette Area in Broussard, LA is looking for one front desk agent to join our 12 person strong team. We are located on 146 Heritage Pkwy. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and screen phone calls
- Organize and schedule meetings as needed
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources
Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a front desk agent or similar position
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
- Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
- Time-management and organizational skills
