Clinical Educator / Registered Nurse / RN - Novasyte

IQVIA seeks a registered nurse or surgical technician to educate healthcare staff on operating room medical devices. This non-clinical role involves peer-to-peer training, needs assessment, and customer support without direct patient care responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer-to-peer education and clinical consultation to nurses, physicians, and healthcare staff
• Assess customer needs and troubleshoot gaps in device knowledge or product understanding
• Deliver in-service training on medical device features and implementation
• Collect customer feedback and relay clinical insights to corporate product teams
• Follow up with key accounts to identify and address ongoing education needs

Requirements

• 2–5 years experience as registered nurse or surgical technician
• Operating room experience preferred
• Prior medical device support experience preferred
• Strong business acumen and professionalism
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to engage effectively with diverse healthcare personnel
