Vascular Senior Clinical Specialist - Sacramento

Medtronic seeks a Senior Vascular Clinical Specialist in Sacramento to provide technical and clinical support for peripheral vascular products and therapies. This role involves educating physicians, supporting complex procedures, managing inventory across customer accounts, and maintaining relationships with healthcare teams in the Baltimore territory with up to 50% travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical and technical support for vascular product portfolio across peripheral arterial, venous, carotid, and fistula therapies
• Educate customers through one-on-one training, in-service programs, case support, and conference participation
• Partner with sales representatives to execute district business plans and support revenue growth objectives
• Manage inventory performance at customer accounts including audits, consignment agreements, and product availability optimization
• Build relationships with physicians, administrators, and clinicians to expand therapy utilization and market engagement

Requirements

• High school diploma plus 8+ years healthcare/field sales experience, or associate's degree plus 6+ years, or bachelor's degree plus 4+ years
• Medical terminology and medical device industry knowledge
• Project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple programs
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record meeting company standards
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends for urgent cases
• Physical capability to lift 40 lbs frequently, stand/walk 8+ hours daily, and wear 7-9 lbs of lead
