Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Overview Located in Hershey, PA, Milton Hershey School (MHS) hires married couples to serve as Full‑time Flex Houseparents. In this role, couples reside in on‑campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities Provide daily supervision and mentorship Manage household routines and student schedules Administer medications and ensure student wellness Drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel Oversee budgeting and household reporting Work Schedule Upon hire, Flex Houseparents support various student homes and follow a working schedule of nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off. After the initial period, they transition into a Placed Houseparent role, living and working with the same group of students in their own student home.
