BelleSante is a growing dermatology, aesthetics, and longevity medical office seeking a Medical Assistant with strong leadership traits and a passion for exceptional patient care. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and excited to grow into higher-responsibility positions as the practice expands.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage front desk operations.

• Support MD/NP with clinical procedures, patient documentation, and treatment room prep.

• Maintain a clean, professional environment and ensure a smooth daily workflow.

• Communicate clearly, problem-solve effectively, and model a positive, patient-centered attitude.

• Take initiative in improving patient experience and operational processes.

Leadership & Growth Opportunities: High-performing team members may advance into roles such as:

• Patient Experience Maestro

• Program Coordinator – Hormone Optimization & Wellness

• Clinic management

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Medical Assistant preferred (wellness/derm/aesthetics)

  • (Medical Assistant certification is NOT required for this role).

• Bachelor's degree (healthcare related field preferred).

• Strong communication, organization, and leadership potential.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain professionalism.

• Tech-savvy with EMR/computer proficiency.

• Compassionate, team-oriented, and eager to learn.

• Requires an elevated, hospitality-driven presence that delivers a premium patient experience.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
