Site Manager

Responsible for overseeing all site activities from mobilization to closeout, the full-time remote Site Manager will ensure compliance with safety, quality, delivery, and cost standards while leading a team and managing relationships with stakeholders. Key responsibilities Lead site activities and represent the project to customers, partners, and subcontractors Ensure adherence to safety policies and manage the implementation of the Daily Management System Monitor subcontractor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the project Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering 15 to 20 years of execution experience in the construction field At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role as a Site Manager Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance Experience in managing site teams and subcontractors effectively
