Store Manager

Mikono is Chicago's first frozen Greek yogurt brand — clean, high-protein, tropical, and fruit-forward. We're currently running our residency at Latina Sweat Project in Pilsen while building out our first permanent storefront in Lincoln Park. This is a chance to grow with the company from the ground floor. The Role We're looking for a Store Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day operations at our Pilsen location. You'll lead the team, keep the shop running smoothly, and make sure every customer gets the Mikono experience — quality product, fast service, clean space. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of management or assistant management experience in a restaurant, café, coffee shop, dessert concept, or retail environment Experience leading and coaching a team Experience creating or managing schedules and handling employee performance Comfortable making independent decisions and solving problems in real time Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain before starting) Food Protection Manager Certification is a plus Responsibilities Oversee all daily store operations Lead, coach, and hold employees accountableOpen and close the store independently Ensure excellent customer service and product quality Manage inventory, ordering, and deliveries Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards Handle customer concerns and operational issues Train and onboard new employees Submit daily operational reports to ownership Help improve systems and processes as Mikono grows Who We're Looking For Someone who takes ownership without being asked, has a strong sense of accountability, can confidently lead a team, pays attention to detail, wants to grow with an expanding company, and treats the business as if it were their own. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mikono Frozen Greek Yogurt
