- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 18 years of age.
- 1-3 years of professional experience preferred; security, law enforcement, military, or customer service experience desired.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, customer-focused demeanor with the ability to de-escalate situations.
- Ability to use sound judgment, take initiative, manage priorities, and work effectively as part of a team.
- Provide security services in accordance with company policies, post orders, and management direction.
- Conduct interior and exterior patrols by foot, vehicle, golf cart, or bicycle as assigned.
- Identify and report security threats, hazards, unsafe conditions, and emergencies.
- Perform site-specific duties such as customer service, loss prevention, visitor reception, elevator security, and loading dock security.
- Monitor activity, respond to incidents, and notify appropriate personnel as required.
- Complete accurate incident reports documenting unusual activity and resolutions.
- Follow emergency procedures, the Use of Force Policy, company standards, and site requirements.
- Maintain reliable attendance, professional appearance, and participate in required training.
- Perform additional security and support duties as directed.
