HR Coordinator Skilled Nursing Facility & Payroll

Apploi

Apploi is seeking an HR Coordinator for a Skilled Nursing Facility to plan, direct and coordinate a fast-paced HR department. You will manage payroll, recruitment, employee relations, policies and regulatory compliance, along with essential administrative duties.

The role requires at least 1 year payroll experience and 2 years in long-term care, with a high school diploma or GED. You will maintain personnel files, oversee onboarding, and support benefits administration.
