Electromechanical Technician

Join our maintenance operations team as an 3rd Shift Electromechanical Technician and play a key role in keeping our equipment reliable and our operations running smoothly. You'll coordinate maintenance activities, manage inventory, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts in a dynamic manufacturing environment. What will you do? Coordinate inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Manage spare parts inventory to support maintenance activities and keep operations running smoothly. Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize operations and resolve technical issues. What are the key skills we are looking for? Problem Solving — intermediate level; diagnosing equipment issues and implementing effective solutions. Continuous Improvement — developing level; identifying opportunities to enhance maintenance processes and efficiency. Customer Orientation — developing level; supporting internal teams with responsive and reliable maintenance service. Digital Literacy — developing level; using maintenance management systems to track work orders and data. Total Productive Maintenance — developing level; supporting preventive maintenance schedules to reduce breakdowns. What qualifications will make you successful? Must be able to work the following schedule: Monday – Thursday 9:15 pm to 6:15 am Friday 6:15 pm to 12:15 am Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures and guidelines. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams. Proactive approach to identifying and addressing equipment issues before they escalate.
