Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the frontline representative of our company, providing exceptional support to our valued customers through various communication channels. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring that each customer interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. T Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with product information, order placement, and troubleshooting issues. Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalated complex issues to appropriate departments. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer service outcomes. Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service or support role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
