Onsite HR Generalist — Benefits, Compliance & Growth
Bone-Dry-Roofing-Inc.
Bone Dry Roofing is seeking an HR Generalist to support HRIS administration, benefits, compliance, and leave management from our Indianapolis office. The ideal candidate will maintain confidential employee records and deliver exceptional service to employees and management. Required: Bachelor’s in HR or related field and 2+ years in HR; knowledge of FMLA, ADA, COBRA, workers' compensation; strong communication and organizational skills; proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office; ability to pass #J-18808-Ljbffr Bone-Dry-Roofing-Inc.
