About the Role:
Join DB Automotive Enterprises LLC as a Quick Lube Manager in vibrant Las Vegas, NV! We are seeking a dynamic leader with over 3 years of experience to oversee our quick lube operations and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the quick lube department to ensure efficiency and quality.
Supervise and train staff on best practices and customer service standards.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock.
Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas for safety and cleanliness.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues promptly.
Prepare financial reports and analyze performance metrics to drive improvements.
Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quick lube management role.
Valid driver's license and automotive service certifications preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and staff.
Proficient in inventory management and financial reporting.
Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures is essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Bi-Lingual preferred.
