Join our exceptional culinary team as a Cook, where you'll be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting food items in accordance with hotel standards. You will play a key role in ensuring that guests enjoy consistent, high-quality meals while adhering to health and safety regulations. This position offers an opportunity to develop your culinary skills in a dynamic kitchen environment.Essential Job Functions:Prepare, cook, and present menu items following standardized recipes.Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.Ensure proper storage and rotation of food to comply with health regulations.Assist in receiving and inspecting deliveries to ensure the quality and quantity of products.Follow portion controls and minimize waste to support food cost initiatives.Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.Perform other duties as assigned, such as assisting with special events or banquets.Hotel Specific:Working both indoors and outdoors.
