Business casual dress is required (jeans on Fridays).Key ResponsibilitiesService BillingReview service orders against agreements (time & material and quoted projects)Determine billable vs. non-billable items with sound judgmentInvestigate and resolve billing discrepancies, including processing credit memos as neededCorrect errors immediately and ensure accuracy before customer submissionPrepare and send approved invoices to customersConstruction Billing SupportGenerate billing for the construction group and prepare supporting reportsAttend project meetings as neededUpload financial project budgets into ERPFinalize monthly progress billings and AIA documentsQualifications2–3 years of billing or equivalent accounting experienceStrong understanding of billing processesConstruction or service industry billing experience strongly preferredProficient in Microsoft Office 365Ability to work independently, make judgment calls, and move with urgency
