In this role, you will:Own the accounts payable process, including reviewing, coding, and entering invoices, and reviewing the payment listCreate and maintain supplier records, and monitor the collection of required documentsResolve purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation; ensure credit is received for outstanding memos; issue stop-payments or purchase order amendmentsPay employees by receiving and verifying expense reports and requests for advancesReconcile and analyze payables-related ledger accountsSupport special projects and company-wide financial initiatives as requiredWhat You'll BringWe're looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional who takes ownership of financial accuracy and enjoys supporting others.
