Platforms & Technology Specialist

Responsibilities Ensure successful, on-time, and high-quality implementation of digital advertising campaigns with activation and investment teams Report to a direct supervisor Accurately and efficiently traffic digital advertising campaigns across multiple advertisers Traffic and monitor digital marketing campaigns in CM360 for Autos, DAT, and Entertainment clients Troubleshoot ad campaigns for delivery issues and technical concerns Learn and master digital advertising campaign trafficking and workflow management processes Create, submit, and QA Floodlight requests to measure site traffic and media effectiveness Take a leadership role in meetings with direct, activation, and investment teams Act as a resource for activation and investment teams when issues and questions ariseAlert team members to internal tool issues and contribute to best-practice and trafficking-process documentation Assist with training and onboarding associates Maintain expertise in ad servers, bulk-trafficking and automation tools, viewability and ad verification, audience verification and brand study partners, and digital media activation workflow Requirements Prior agency or publisher side campaign trafficking and/or optimization experience Attention to detail and time management skills Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and/or similar presentation tools Strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to learn digital activation platforms Proactive, organized, and dedicated team player Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in digital advertising campaign trafficking and workflow management, with a strong focus on troubleshooting, reporting, and optimizing campaign performance.
