This is a part-time role to start, with the potential to grow into a full-time position over time. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be highly organized, fluent in English, and comfortable handling calls, emails, and basic coordination tasks in a professional manner. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously Take accurate notes and relay messages to the appropriate team members Monitor and manage inbox communications Screen inquiries and route them to the correct person Respond to callers and emailers with clear, professional follow-up Help keep communication organized across the executive team Support general administrative tasks as needed Serve as a polished first point of contact for external stakeholders Required Qualifications 3 Years Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar support role Strong verbal and written English communication skills Excellent organization and time management skills Comfortable handling phone calls and email communication Professional, reliable, and proactive approach to work Able to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting executives or client-facing teams Familiarity with administrative coordination and message handling Professional phone etiquette Prior experience in a remote or distributed team environment Working Hours Part-time, with the possibility of expanding to full-time Must be available during Eastern Time (ET) business hours Initial working hours may be flexible, with expected coverage between approximately 11:00 AM 4:00 PM ET Ideal Candidate Profile The perfect candidate is someone who is: Clear, calm, and professional on the phone Fluent in English with a neutral, polished presentation Highly dependable and responsive Comfortable being the face and voice of the business Able to manage a steady flow of calls and emails with minimal oversight Organized enough to keep things moving without constant follow-up #J-18808-Ljbffr somewhere
