Responsibilities Accurately input, update, and maintain sensitive healthcare data in various databases including OncoEMR. Conduct thorough research to gather and validate data. Utilize Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and consultants to understand and meet data requirements. Identify and resolve inconsistencies in data and work to enhance data quality. Assist in the development and implementation of data management policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection guidelines. Provide technical assistance related to data entry and retrieval procedures to staff and consultants. Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in the healthcare industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with OncoEMR or similar Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software. Exceptional typing skills with an emphasis on accuracy and speed. Strong research skills and the ability to gather and validate data from various sources. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Understanding of data privacy laws and regulations in the healthcare industry. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team. Problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
