Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Part Time Job Summary: Astro ABA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Aurora, CO. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, evidence-based behavioral therapies to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities: Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and record data on client progress and behavior Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment Collaborate with parents and caregivers to develop and implement treatment plans Provide positive reinforcement and behavior modification techniques to promote skill acquisition and reduction of problem behaviors Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and company initiatives Requirements: Must be a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate's degree preferred No experience in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) or related field needed.
