"Nurture Your Child's Potential" Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in the West Denver/Lakewood/ Westminster area. As an RBT, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes, schools, or community settings, implementing treatment plans created by our supervising BCBA team. Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to a child in the home, school, or community setting Implement treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA Collect accurate session data during sessions Support communication, social, play, behavior, and daily living skills Follow behavior intervention plans and safety protocols Communicate professionally with families, BCBAs, and the clinical team Complete required documentation accurately and on time Requirements: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation required Ability to travel consistently to the West Denver/Lakewood/Westminster area Experience working with children preferred ABA experience preferred Ability to pass required background checks Strong reliability, communication, and professionalism Pay & Benefits: $25-$30/hour, based on experience, availability, location fit, and reliability Consistent weekly client hours BCBA supervision and ongoing support Employee referral opportunities Performance and retention bonus opportunities based on reliability, completed scheduled hours, documentation quality, client fit, and ongoing role success Growth opportunities with a growing Colorado ABA provider About Upwards ABA: Upwards ABA provides high-quality ABA therapy to children and families across Colorado.
