Department Manager

Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Managers may also lead departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up and reporting results. Guest Service Department Managers oversee crew and managers to deliver a great customer experience, execute sales promotions, train service staff, and organize Front Counter, McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas. Kitchen Department Managers ensure the restaurant delivers high‑quality, safe, fast food, controls food cost, and trains kitchen staff on production procedures. People Department Managers hire qualified crew, train them, schedule to meet sales and profit goals, and motivate employees. Qualifications Previous managerial experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule, ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
