About Facility Beds: 176 Level 2E NICU Magnet Designation Primary Stroke Center Level II Trauma Center Location: Barrington, IL 60010 General Information Unit Setup: 10 bays + 1 isolation room Experience Required: 2 years preferred; first‑time travelers accepted upon review Patient Ratio: RN 1:1–3 (based on acuity, day & night) Patient Details Patient Type: Neonates (32 weeks & above) Compensation Weekly stipends: $1,246 Hourly rate: $27 Weekly base pay: $972 Shift Details Shift: 12‑hour rotating (36 hours/week) Schedule: 7am–7pm & 7pm–7am (not in the same week) On‑call: Varies by unit need Weekend requirement: Every 3rd weekend Holiday requirement: As needed Floating: L&D & Mother/Baby (based on skillset) Required Certifications RN ACLS BLS NRP Key Skills / Responsibilities Participate in stabilization of neonates (32+ weeks) Stabilize & prepare transport for neonates under 32 weeks gestation Unit Support Charge Nurse (may take assignments) Pediatric Hospitalist (24/7) Neonatologists (daily rounds) On‑call OB (24/7) Phlebotomy support for blood draws Charting & Equipment EPIC Alaris Pyxis Bridge access for donor milk & breast milk administration Orientation Minimum 1 shift on unit to learn workflow Additional Information Scrubs: Hospital provided Parking: Free TalentBurst is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive and diverse workforce. #J-18808-Ljbffr
