A well-established, family-oriented skilled nursing organization is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead a smaller-sized skilled nursing community with a manageable resident mix, in a quiet, rural setting in northeast Ohio.

This is a close-knit campus with a strong community feel — the kind of building where staff and residents genuinely know one another, and where an Administrator can make a real, visible impact. The facility's CMS Quality Measures and Long-Stay Quality Measures ratings are both currently rated 5 out of 5 stars, reflecting genuinely strong clinical outcomes for residents.

You'll report to a Regional Director of Operations who is known for being hands-on in the best sense — supportive, present when needed, and skilled at tailoring leadership to each Administrator. Some leaders on this team are given wide autonomy to run their building their way; others receive closer day-to-day partnership. Either way, you won't be operating in a vacuum, and you won't be micromanaged. Ownership is warm and genuinely family-oriented — team members consistently describe a supportive, down-to-earth atmosphere.

What We're Looking For:

• Active Ohio Nursing Home Administrator license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Proven experience leading a skilled nursing facility — census management, survey readiness, staff development
• A leader who thrives in a smaller, close-knit environment and wants to be known by name in their building
• Someone who values clinical quality and resident-centered care as much as operational performance
