Position Summary The Cardiovascular Technologist III plays a critical role on the MultiCare Pulse Heart Institute team, providing technical support during a variety of diagnostic, therapeutic and interventional procedures. The role focuses on ensuring quality care, with a primary emphasis on the comfort and well‑being of patient and family. Key Responsibilities Perform direct patient care activities under the direction of the Cardiac Cath Lab / EP Registered Nurse. Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment in the assigned procedure room. Complete Cath Lab specific documentation. Assemble, disassemble, and operate specialty equipment. Qualifications Current Washington State Radiologic Technologist certification or Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist certification, or enrollment in the second year of an Invasive Cardiovascular Specialist program. RCIS certification or commitment to obtain within six months of employment. Current AHA, BLS and ACLS CPR certifications at time of hire. Proof of a safe driving record meeting MultiCare standards. Opportunity and encouragement to complete the 12‑week Computer‑Based Cath Lab Orientation module to become registry ready. Work Schedule Full Time Equivalency: 1.0 FTE; Days – 4 × 10‑hour shifts + call; Variable start times between 06:00 and 08:00 to accommodate department needs. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary range: $47.25 – $78.09 per hour, based on skill set, experience and certifications. Additional benefits include: Sign‑on bonus up to $20,000.
