Join Our Team as a Line Cook at Off Square Brewing!

Off Square Brewing, a privately owned brewery with a bustling full-service restaurant and a seasonal outdoor patio, is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Line Cook to join our small but mighty team. Responsibilities

As a Line Cook at Off Square Brewing, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your day-to-day will include preparing and cooking menu items to our high standards, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and ensuring food safety and quality at all times. You’ll work closely with other kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly, especially during busy shifts. This is a great opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a fun and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who bring the following to the table:

At least 1 year of experience working in a kitchen or similar culinary role.
A strong work ethic and ability to perform well under pressure.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high food quality standards.
A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
