Requirements
1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
6 months of flatbed experience
No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Benefits

CPM $0.70 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

Load Pay
Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
Orientation Pay: $150

Vacancy description

Operate as an OTR flatbed driver based in Independence, KY, with HMD Trucking’s nationwide freight network.

Key Tasks:

Secure, tarping, and transport flatbed loads
Complete accurate ELD and paper logs
Adhere to FMCSA regulations and safety protocols
