Requirements Previous MIG welding experience in a metalworking environment Experience using hand tools and angle grinders Ability to read blueprints and job specifications Ability to use measuring tools accurately Strong attention to detail and pride in producing clean welds Ability to inspect completed work for quality Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks Ability to lift and move materials as required Strong safety mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Job Duties MIG weld metal components according to job specifications Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and technical instructions Measure and position components before welding Use hand tools, angle grinders, and welding equipment safely Prepare and clean metal surfaces Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy Identify and correct welding defects Grind and finish welded surfaces as needed Maintain consistent productivity throughout the shift Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized Follow all welding procedures and workplace safety requirements Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
