Boutique Operations Lead: Inventory, Budget & Team Coaching

Summary The Operations Manager will oversee all operational functions within the boutique to ensure smooth day-to-day performance and an elevated client experience. This role serves as the subject matter expert on Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools and partners with Boutique Leaders and the Home Office to implement strategic initiatives and drive operational efficiency. The position requires hands‑on leadership, budget oversight, and in‑store presence to coach teams and maintain boutique standards. Responsibilities Own inventory control, shipping and receiving, alterations, facilities management, security, compliance, and expense management for the boutique Collaborate with Home Office Retail Operations to develop and execute operational initiatives Lead and coach operationally aligned staff, fostering a positive culture of feedback and teamwork Act as the expert resource on Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools for the boutique team Manage resource planning, staffing, and project execution across operational functions Prepare and manage budgets and forecast expenditures for the boutique Requirements Minimum 5 years of related experience in retail operations or boutique management Bachelor’s degree preferred Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to lift 15 lbs and work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays In-store presence required to coach teams and uphold boutique image and operational standards Foreign language skills preferred; passion for the brand and desire to learn and grow professionally #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
