Job Title: Talent Acquisition Recruiter Pay: $30-$45/hour DOE Location: Irvine, CA Duration: Temporary (approx. 6 months) Schedule: Mon- Fri 8:00-5:00 (Fridays are WFH) About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across a variety of corporate and business functions during a period of growth and transformation. This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys sourcing, building talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Recruit For Finance & Accounting Risk & Analytics Credit & Underwriting Operations Product & Technology Sales & Corporate Functions Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and other channels Conduct candidate screenings and assessments Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Drive interview coordination and candidate communication Maintain ATS data and recruiting activity records Support hiring goals while delivering a positive candidate experience Qualifications 3+ years of recruiting experience Strong sourcing skills and experience identifying passive talent Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously Ability to recruit across multiple functional areas Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Preferred Agency and/or corporate recruiting experience High-volume recruiting experience Taleo or Oracle ATS experience Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Desired Skills and Experience Talent Acquisition Full-Cycle Recruiting Candidate Sourcing LinkedIn Recruiter Recruiting Talent Pipeline Development Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Boolean Search Candidate Screening Stakeholder Management High-Volume Recruiting Corporate Recruiting Agency Recruiting Interviewing Talent Management All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
