Mobile Phlebotomist

Job Summary As a Mobile Phlebotomist at Aculabs, you will travel to various nursing homes to collect blood samples from patients. Your primary focus will be on providing efficient and compassionate phlebotomy services while ensuring accuracy and patient comfort. About The Company Aculabs, a leading provider of laboratory services to long-term care facilities throughout the Mid-Atlantic, is looking for Phlebotomists to join our mobile team. Aculabs has been proudly family-owned and operated since 1972. Ideal candidates are motivated self-starters eager to learn and train alongside an experienced team member. Ideal Candidate Location Ideal Candidates are located in Milford, CT and willing to travel to surrounding areas as part of their daily work schedule. Work Schedule Monday to Friday 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm Monday to Friday 5:00 am - 1:30 pm, with Weekend Rotation Retention Bonus Earn up to $1,000 in retention bonuses!

To qualify for the retention bonus, employees must: Maintain regular attendance with no unexcused absences during this period. Maintain a clean record, with no performance deficiencies or facility complaints on file. Remain in full compliance with the Employee Handbook, with no violations. All retention bonus payments are subject to meeting the eligibility requirements above.
