Salary: $50,000 to $95,000

• Commission + performance-based incentives (uncapped earning potential)

Position Summary

ActaMSP is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative (B2B) to generate new business and help organizations solve business challenges through technology solutions.

This is a hunter-focused, quota-carrying role responsible for prospecting, building relationships with decisionmakers, managing the sales process, and closing net-new business. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, consultative, and thrives in an outbound sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, prospecting, networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Conduct discovery meetings with business owners and executives.
• Position managed IT, cybersecurity, and technology solutions in terms of business outcomes.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
• Collaborate with technical and onboarding teams to ensure successful client transitions.

Qualifications

Required

• Proven success in B2B sales with outbound prospecting responsibilities.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results driven.

Preferred

• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Experience selling to SMB and mid-market organizations.
• Familiarity with MSP business models and the Sandler Sales System principles.
