Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (discussed upon application)
• Salary Range: $489,000 - $543,000 annually (equivalent, based on experience and bonuses)

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care in outpatient and clinic settings
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including APPs, nurse navigators, and social workers
• Lead outreach services in Lamar and Trinidad ( 6 days/month), providing access to rural cancer care
• Maintain participation in quality improvement and patient-centered programs
• Use EPIC EMR system for documentation and coordination
• Support a collaborative, physician-led environment with limited call responsibilities
• Contribute to clinical growth opportunities within an academically anchored health system

What You Need:

• Medical degree and valid medical license in Colorado
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology
• Passion for rural medicine and outreach-based oncology care
• Willingness to travel approximately 6 days/month to rural clinics
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to equitable cancer care for underserved populations
