Key Responsibilities Conduct secure and confidential remote therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families through telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe space for open dialogue. Perform in-depth assessments to identify clients’ relational dynamics and mental health concerns, subsequently developing tailored treatment plans with measurable objectives. Utilize family systems theory, systemic interventions, and evidence-based practices to address relationship issues, enhance communication skills, and manage family stressors effectively. Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients and families, ensuring safety and emotional stability during difficult times. Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and confidentially to maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards. Educate clients on effective strategies for communication, conflict resolution, and coping techniques to foster healthier relationships. Collaborate with fellow therapists and mental health professionals in a virtual setting to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care for clients. A minimum of two years of experience in the mental health field, specifically within marriage and family therapy, is required.
