Position Overview

The Customer Service Associate is responsible for delivering a high level of service to customers in a retail shipping and print environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous, and efficient customer service

• Assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing, and mailbox services

• Support customers in person, by phone, and via email

• Process transactions accurately through the point-of-sale system

• Open and close the center cash register and operating systems

• Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering and stocking supplies

• Ensure the center is maintained according to company standards

• Coordinate with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and courier vendors

• Sort and distribute mail into private mailboxes

• Manage and organize virtual mail tasks

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

• Upsell and cross-sell products and services when appropriate

• Generate sales leads from inbound and outbound calls

• Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals

• Document customer interactions and update account records

• Process returns, refunds, and provide tracking information

• Follow all customer service policies and procedures

• Focus on first-call resolution and customer satisfaction

Shift Schedule

• Day Shift: 8:30 AM 6:00 PM

• Days: Monday Saturday

• Saturday Shift- 9:00AM-5:00PM

• Flexibility required; hours and days may vary

• Must be able to work weekends ( Saturday's)

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Valid drivers license and ability to operate a vehicle

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and basic computer systems

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Customer-focused with a positive, professional attitude

• Ability to lift at least 5 lbs.

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen for THC/Marijuana and background check

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
